These terms govern the visa facilitation services we provide. By engaging us or submitting your information for an application, you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you proceed.
Scope of our service
We act as a facilitator and agent that helps you prepare, lodge and track visa applications. We are not a government body and we do not issue visas. Visas are granted by the Indonesian immigration authorities, and applications are filed through our licensed Indonesian filing partner. Our role is to make that process accurate, efficient and clearly explained.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine documents and information. Visa decisions rely heavily on the material you supply, and we cannot be responsible for delays or refusals caused by inaccurate, incomplete, expired or misleading documents. You must also attend any required appointments, such as biometrics, on the dates arranged.
Approval and our guarantee
We cannot guarantee that the government will approve any application, because that decision rests entirely with the immigration authorities. What we do guarantee is the quality of our filing service: we prepare your file carefully, lodge it correctly through our licensed partner, and keep you informed at each stage. Our strong first-submission approval record reflects that diligence, but final approval is always at the authorities’ discretion.
Fees and payment
Our service fee and any government fees are explained to you in advance as a clear all-in figure. Government fees are paid to the authorities and are separate from our service fee. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee you paid us for the affected application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for changes in immigration law or policy, for the decisions of the authorities, or for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information supplied by you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from our services will be subject to Indonesian jurisdiction.
